Job Description
-Lead multiple cross function teams by providing strategic oversight andtactical guidance
- Establish and manage existing and new client relationships
- Design and develop business performance reports for defined business segments
- Responsible for the ongoing process improvement to minimize variability andmaximize profitability
- Identify and execute on plans to eliminate operational inefficiencies,develop business best practices and design optimal solutions
- Manage and mentor staff
- Interact effectively within Senior Management, clients and vendors to ensureadherence to stated service levels
Skills and Knowledge:
- Significant leadership experience
- Proven ability to develop, manage and recruit a diverse third-party vendornetwork
- Well developed oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous priorities
- Strong judgment, issues management and problem analysis skills
