Job Description	1. Zonal Manager - Uttaranchal/ UP/ MP to be based in NCR 2. Zonal Manager - West Bengal/ North East to be based in Kolkata 3. Zonal Manager - Jharkhand/ Chattisgarh/ Orissa/ Bihar to be based at Ranchi 4. Zonal Manager - Andhra Pradesh to be based at Hyderabad

Salary	5-8L
Candidate Profile	Education & Experience : MBA with following sales experience in Education Management/ FMCG/ Channel Management. Should have adequate exposure to respective markets and must be currently operating in those markets. Relocations will not be preferred. A. 8-10 years if MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools B. 10-12 years if MBA from Tier 2 B-Schools Other Skills : 1. Excellent communication and presentation skills 2. Pleasing personality 3. Aggressive go-getter with fire in the belly and a very high achievement motivation 4. Capable of leading and motivating a team 5. Should be able to cope up with business pressures of a fast-growth company
