We are looking for a Sales Head to be based in North India for our clients who are large players in the Infrastructure and Real Estate Development space.

Job Description
Formulating Sales strategies in line with the organizational strategy to drive top line growth, healthy occupancy, and desired positioning in the market.
He should be able to understand customer needs and develop systems and processes to respond to them for an effective CRM program and also towards the company's future expansion plans.
He will need to participate in the business planning process with inputs for future investments and offerings to the customer,developing individual sales strategies for each project in the region and defining the pricing matrix and enable competitive pricing mechanisms in close coordination with the Top Management.
He has to maximize sales revenues, project profitability and develop and run an efficient collection system.
Developing various channels to reach targeted market segments.
Developing and implementing efficient sales management processes reducing business risks and efficient customer servicing.
Developing processes to get market information, knowledge of changing customer preferences with good tools to analyzing them and highlighting key trends and their impact.
 
Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:We are looking for people with 18-22 years of good sales experience with a Full time MBA from a Premier Business School.
Soft Skills : Focused approach, Go Getter, Pleasing personality, excellent communication and a persevering nature.
Looking for candidates with the drive and hunger to achieve and excel targets.
