Job Description
The company is looking for a tenacious, self motivated, hard working individual capable of winning immediate new business and adding real value. In this results-driven role, you will manage direct effort to generate new sales opportunities for Storage solutions within the various industries in India.
                             
Additionally, you will communicate with customers, vendors, and executive management while spearheading the effort to market the storage solutions business unit internally and externally for increased business growth. In time, the role will naturally evolve to become a mix of new business and account management, but in the first instance the successful candidate will be responsible for self generating new business.
                                              
The successful candidate will join a motivated and focused team with a supportive and very hands-on management team and equipment partner. Some of the characteristics of the successful candidate and job requirements are as follows -
  • Job involves extensive field work and dedicated Sales efforts to sell storage systems to the end users
  • Establish Sales & Marketing strategy and plan
  • To prepare collaterals for business development/sales
  • To generate and follow up prospective leads
  •  Ability to Cold Call and maintain existing accounts
  • Conduct Sales Presentation to clients
  • Response to Tender, RFQ, processing orders etc, Ability to respond to client requests for proposals in a quality, value-added and professional manner is mandatory.
  • Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships with Customers
  • Come up with ideas for new functionality and new products, Research prospects, competitors and new product opportunities
  • Proactively identify gaps or conflicts in existing business process, develop scalable solutions and work to win consensus across all business function
  • Manage sales target

Candidate Profile
Education Requirements    
  • Engineering degree with a Masters in Business (desirable)
  • Any relevant industry specific certifications/memberships (desirable)
Experience Requirements
 
  • 1-4 years
  • The candidate MUST have previous experience working in selling Storage Equipment / Racking Systems / Material Handling Equipments. Candidates with experience in other related equipment will also be considered.

  • Proven track records in successful solutions sales

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD is preferable
  • Good Team spirit and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Good Business acumen and personal presentation
  • Ability to synthesize information and present it in a structured format
