The key responsibility of theMarketing/Sales:

• New Business acquisition, responsible for the complete sales lifecycle.
• Making Cold Calls and Lead Generation for PAN INDIA Market. Develop, nurture, prospect and sustain effective new Business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.
• Collaborate with Business Development Manager and Sales Team members to achieve Sales Team revenue goals.
• Identify companies seeking franchisees, partners, distributors, dealers and agents and offer them our unique products, working closely with them, in helping them find the desired partners and giving them the solutions they seek.
• Independently acquire new clients through industry contacts, cold calls and email campaigns etc.
• Responsible to reach out to existing franchise companies and offer them our customized services and products.
• Manage key accounts and offer end to end solutions to clients seeking business expansion and ensure that you achieve revenue and customer satisfaction as per our guidelines.
• Generate & Implement marketing strategies to achieve targeted sales.
• Identifying market for Company's services. 
• Specialized in marketing techniques, go getter; maintain customer relationship, enthusiastic and target oriented.
• Monthly reporting on revenue targets, qualified lead generations & business growth.
• Responsible for meeting the monthly revenue target.

• A degree in management with two years of experience in Business Development
  Proven ability in business development.
• Experience in market research
• Ability to negotiate with key decision makers within the organization and on the client side
• Ability to develop or manage development of relevant advertising material (marketing collaterals)
• Ability to write proposals/presentations
• Experience in marketing strategies including making cold/warm calls to the relevant target audience
• The candidate must have enough patience and tolerance to handle those exceptional customers who are otherwise difficult to manage
