Job Description |
Hiring MBA (Marketing) fresher with Engineering Background / BE. Electronics and Telecommunications for Airtel Exclusive 6 months directly trained by top management of Airtel for key account management team
JOB PURPOSE: To achieve maximum revenue, DELs / Data orders from corporate, SME customer base with highest level of customer satisfaction.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
To increase subscriber base -
- To identify the maximum penetration level in the identified major accounts.
- To sell Turnkey solutions like ISDN, Lease Line.
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for local access network for prioritization.
- Retention of customers
Team Motivation & Leadership (After 6 months)
- Heading a large team comprising of Direct and Indirect Channels.
- Planning and implementing various strategies, nurturing bonding and belongingness.

Level 1) 6 months = Hand Trained by Top & Sr Management of Airtel team to handle the following sales segment with the revised designation after 6 months with Airtel payroll on performance.
Key Accounts Team = Account Manager for existing clients + New Client acquisition.
Salary for 6 months (Key Account Executive / Executive – Data Business) : during training |
