It also requires an understanding of the customer needs and develop systems and processes to respond to them ensuring effective customer relationship management.
Experience Required:
Post MBA experience of 18- 20 years in the area of branding and marketing strategies, product conceptualization and pricing, expertise in emerging customer preferences and market trends in India. Should have handled a minimum marketing budget of around Rs 50 Crores annually. Good experience in dealing with external service providers viz PR companies, Ad Agencies, Research agencies, other Media agencies.
