1-DISTRICT MANAGERS Bata India with a current turnover of 1000 crores per year and is supported by approx 1200 outlets across the country.Approx 15 outlets/stores are controlled by a district manager who is responsible for the profitability of these.Obviously he controls all the employees connected with these stores.The candidate should be an Mba from a premier institute .Work ex reqd is 1to 2 yrs in retail(stores like itc arvind,reebok,levis etc)/fmcg/condur or any other connected to retail sales.Ctc would be around 12 lacs/per annum and the person should have the potential to grow to the position of Retail Manager in a years time.The retail manager controls approx 8 district managers.The positions are based across Pan India and the candidate would ideally be sent to a location of his choice as far as possible.However company prefers people who are totally mobile as the job is transferable.
