Job Description

·        Key responsibilities would include:

1.      Screening targets

2.      Business modeling

3.      Conducting due diligence

4.      Execution of documentation and closing of transactions,

5.      Coordination with various services providers

6.       Conducting and making research reports on global asset management industrysh

Candidate Profile

·        MBA from Top Schools

·        2-3 years of experience (Max 4 yrs total experience)

·        Demonstrated strong capabilities in the area of investments; international experience would be given weightage.
