Job Description

•  Business Development, to form relationships with Top Corporate Clients and Institutions; for setting up a business platform pan India.

•  Spearheading the Business Development in Investment Banking to raise funds for corporate and new Territory Development for continued Sales Growth.

•  Term sheet and agreements negotiation, due diligence, transaction structuring & mandate closure.

Syndication & Structured Products - (Acquisition financing, Distressed Debt Financing, Enterprise & Project level financing, Asset Divestment and ECB Financing)

o Debt Capital Markets - (CP, CD, PTC, NCD, Term Loans & Retail Debt) 
    
Salary 20L+
