Certifications are critical to FLIPs business. Our customer base of over 3000 users comprises working professional and MBA grads, and employees of banks, FIs and IT companies. The certification exams are conducted in all major cities across India, throughout the week.

Job Description

Certifications are critical to FLIP’s business. Our customer base of over 3000 users comprises working professional and MBA grads, and employees of banks, FIs and IT companies. The certification exams are conducted in all major cities across India, throughout the week.

Role Description

You will need to:

  • Manage ongoing operational tasks
  • Manage vendor & testing centers- interact with vendors, and ensure a smooth certification experience
  • Track performance metrics & Reporting
  • Processing the creation of a certificate product
  • Respond to customer issues regarding certification

You will have a high level of responsibility and growth opportunities across business functions. This your chance to work in the exciting atmosphere of a start-up.
    
Salary 3-5L
Candidate Profile

What we are looking for

  • MBAs who have taken at least 3 courses in Finance in the 2nd year (Batch of 2010 or 2011 can apply)
  • High level of motivation and an urge to take on greater responsibility
  • Ability to get work done from other teams e.g. IT, product development, marketing
  • Ability to watch for and analyze BD support opportunities (e.g. branding and presence at certification centers)
  • Ready to re-locate to Mysore with a MINIMUM 2 year commitment.
