Job Description	Reporting to Senior/Lead Consultants, the Project Consultant performs assignments involving concepts of supply chain strategy, optimization of logistical systems, and infrastructure planning. The successful candidate will support the preparation and presentation of proposals, gather and analyze facts, develop recommendations, and prepare and present reports. Project Consultant is the key for the project execution at an operational level and to communicate to the team the project requirements: Mapping of each work package requirement and deliver the full product with support from Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant Involved in day to day project execution activities at operational level by closely working with business analysts Proposal writing and structure are an added advantage

Candidate Profile	Education Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil/Industrial/Mechanical-preferred) MBA Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations (preferred) Any relevant industry specific certifications/memberships (desirable) Experience Requirements 3-6 years of prior experience of Infrastructure (Logistics Parks, ICD, SEZ, FTWZ, Cold Stores, Food Processing Zones and Food Parks) Supply Chain Consulting a major plus. Prior experience in a professional services/management consulting capacity is a plus. Key Project Specific Skills: Infrastructure /SCM He or She should be good on the following domains (at least 4 of these skill sets are required ) Warehouse/Cold Storage Design and Layout Ports/SEZ/ICD/FTWZ/Food Processing Zones Planning and Design (conceptual) Market Research Business Plan development for specific operations Warehousing Planning and Optimization Distribution planning/Network Design with or without OR algorithms Inbound and outbound Transportation Planning Business Process Re-Engineering Supply Chain Strategy Vertical focus SCM knowledge is added advantage Good knowledge in economics and financials Sound in proposal writing and structure with only 40% input of Senior or Lead Consultant Aware of key concepts and benchmark figures in the world infrastructure business or SC Skill and Knowledge Requirements Strong in market research and good knowledge on financials Exposure and techniques within a specific domain Working knowledge on CAD and other SCM tools and systems is an advantage Advanced and strategic thinking skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Strong quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysis Good project management and client relationship skills Good Team spirit and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal Structured and Big picture thinking along with high commitment to organization goals Impact/ Outcome orientation and excellent organizational skills Personal Characteristics Leadership Capabilities, Hard Working, Self Motivated, Confident, Integrity, Perseverance Performance Measurement Work package execution with only 15% input from the Principal Proposal writing with only 40% input from the Principal/Project Lead Value Creation/Innovation through work packages Client Feedback Team Feedback
