Job Location : Pune

Experience : 10-12 years of work experience with 4-5 years in Energy and Utilities related domain in management consultancy / market analysis firm involving strategic projects for Senior Management is required

Education : Engg + MBA from good institutions

Job Description 1. To be capable of strategic development and execution of the Energy & Utilities practice based out of India
2. To carry both Order and Revenue targets which will be closely aligned to the Regions
3. To acquire and develop clients working along with Energy & Utilities Sales team in Europe, US and APAC, creating a solution centre for SAP ISU and developing marketing and thought leadership in areas of Asset Management, Customer Service and Billing
4. To help senior management expand and double the size of business of the Energy & Utilities vertical in next two years
5.To guide and build a solutions team with your expertise and provide thought leadership
6. One of the key attributes required for this role is to ensure the candidate has experience of working in the Energy & Utilities environment namely Gas and Electricity. Experience of working with Utilities companies in USA, UK, and Mainland Europe would a distinct advantage.
7. To manage projects to produce deliverables to help the sales achieve their goals and steer projects along with the delivery to ensure successful outcomes within the client-requested timeframes.
8. To manage a team of analysts and senior analysts and guide them on project execution and achieving delivery targets and ensure high quality output from them
9. Ability to summarize and communicate project findings verbally, numerically and graphically through presentations. Also, excellent writing skills to participate in writing winning proposals and lead client presentations
10. Focus, delivery on time and attention to detail are required. A creative and critical mind, questioning project elements in the interest of the final outcome
11. Self motivated, go-getter attitude and zeal to excel are required for the role, in this role you will need to manage yourself to a large degree and in addition have the ability to prioritise your own time without too much management support, we are looking for leaders in this role not followers, execution of strategy is imperative if you are to succeed so being action orientated is important
