Person would be responsible for driving the Business Excellence & Quality Culture across the Financial Services Sector. Strengthen process robustness and drive standardisation across the organization.Increase awareness of TQM and employee participation in various quality of initiatives. Excellence to be driven in 3 areas – Process, Operations and Customer Service. 
 
PROFICIENCY 
 
Process & Operation expertise – Financial Services 
 
Strong understanding of different operational excellence concepts (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TQM, Kaizen etc..) 
 
In-depth knowledge and experience in Implementation –Migration & Transition 
 
Quality Excellence 
 
Project conceptualization & Planning 
 
Business Process Management

POSITION DETAILS
 
Qualification - Post Graduation ( MBA / Equivalent) – Tier I institute or Tier II (in case of exceptional experience) 
 
Work Experience – 10-15 years minimum 
 
Industry / Domain – BFSI/NBFC (preferably). Other Industries except Manufacturing may be looked at 
 
Functional Expertise – Process Quality/ Operational Excellence / Customer Service 
 
May additionally have Quality Certifications like Sig Sigma, TQM, etc.
