Job Description	Marketing Program Specialists are: • Usually the account leads/ program leads for different clients. • Required to build a marketing calendar for the customer and manage the execution of the same. • expected to coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and also benchmark the quality of delivery with industry benchmarks and best practices to ensure highest quality of deliverables • Required to recommend new marketing initiatives and innovative outreach strategies for the client to improve their marketing and business outcomes.

Candidate Profile	Graduates, preferably with an MBA and a minimum experience of 12 months in a core marketing/ marketing communications role are ideally suited. The current role will require the person to have reasonable exposure social media marketing. Should have strong content and communication skills. Candidates are expected to possess knowledge of various social media, its features, industry best-practices and how they can be leveraged as a powerful marketing tool to meet desired objectives Experience in B2B environment especially from the services industry would be an added advantage.
